We have produced the annual reports for Western Power's pension schemes every year since 1999.
The challenge with any annual report is to present the figures in a clear and accessible way, while conveying the appropriate tone for the information and capturing some life into what can easily become a dry document.
We have developed a cast-iron process for the document, as the lead time from receiving signed off accounts from the auditors to delivering the final print leaves little margin for error.
In addition to design and print, we mange the fulfilment of the document to over 13,000 scheme members, both in the UK and overseas. Everything must be delivered in time for the pension scheme's AGM. We've never missed.
