Wilmslow Office Park

We have developed a full suite of branding, promotion and advertising for this important new luxury office development in Greater Manchester. Wilmslow Office Park is set within 34 acres of landscaped parkland. The accommodation is light and airy with large expanses of glass to connect the workspaces with the outside environment. The identity reflects the scheme's contemporary design and connection to nature, and was first reproduced on a suite of stationery.

Early promotion consisted of some teaser direct mail pieces and an intriguing initial brochure that was conceived in a 'secret dossier' style. The recipient was left with the impression that they were getting information before anyone else, and the property agents reported a strong level of early interest on the back of this.

An initial website at escapetotheoffice.com replicated this dossier concept online, giving easy access to information for people who did not receive the printed version. This was subsequently followed by the full brochure and accompanying website.

Signage on-site included impactful hoardings, a branded marketing cabin and roadside signs.

The main brochure added humorous details to the high quality computer generated images of the scheme, communicating the lengths that people would go to, to get in. We put together an advertising campaign in key lifestyle and business publications in the local market. We also supported sponsorship of the local rugby club with kit branding and programme advertising.
